Distribution & Fulfillment

You Move Everything. It's Time It Moved You Forward.

NEJB represents warehouse and distribution workers who keep goods moving across New England and New York — and who are organizing for pay, safety, and schedules that respect the pace of the work.

HOSPITALITY

The Pace Shouldn't Cost You Your Health — or Your Say

Distribution and fulfillment work runs on speed: pick rates, load times, delivery windows. The industry has grown enormously — but for the workers doing the lifting, scanning, and sorting, that growth has too often meant surveillance instead of raises, injury instead of investment, and churn instead of careers. It doesn't have to work that way. Warehouses with union contracts prove it every day.

An NEJB contract addresses the specific pressures of this industry head-on: enforceable safety standards and heat/cold protections, limits on how quotas and monitoring can be used against you, wage scales that reward experience instead of resetting with every hiring wave, and stable, predictable scheduling. Just as important, it gives you due process — the right to a steward at your side and a real procedure before discipline, not a decision made by an app or a manager's mood.

Current members can find their contract and workplace resources here. If you work in a non-union warehouse or fulfillment center, you already know the problems — what you may not know is how fixable they are. Organizing conversations with NEJB are confidential, and your legal right to organize is protected. Start the conversation.

When you're ready

A hundred fights have started exactly this way — with one worker reaching out.

Tell us where you work and how you'd like us to get in touch. Someone from NEJB who organizes in your industry will follow up. We'll listen first. Then we'll figure out what's possible together.

  • Without a union, your boss sets the rules. With one, you negotiate as equals.
  • Management is legally required to come to the table.
  • 8,000+ workers across NEJB stand behind every fight.
